Digital Customer Experience Con 2019

On behalf of Trade Conferences International and the project manager, Lerato Mohlala, we would like to thank  every delegate, speaker and guest for attending the Digital Customer Experience 2019.

The primary goal of this conference was to bring together experts involved in and passionate about the Digital Customer Experience 2019 and who wanted to stay updated about the future developments, trends and strategies of the industry.

The Digital Customer Experience industries are relevant subjects which do not only affect South Africa but has a global effect as well. In the questionnaires some of the delegates indicated there is still a lot happening in the industry that they would like to hear about, which we will address at the next conference.

The feedback from delegates is invaluable as it helps us at TCI serve you better. The feedback has been very positive and encouraging as a whole, and this is merely an indication of what a good response we received from speakers in terms of their presentations and the outcome of the conference altogether.
