Locking the vault after the Cyber Security in Banking Conference 2017
The Cyber Security in Banking Conference 2017 organised by Trade Conferences International, took place on the 23 & 24 August 2017 at the Indaba Hotel, Fourways, Johannesburg. The two-day conference attracted high-level delegation from the banks and services providers, and an exhibition hosted by Mint Management Technologies.
This niche event for high-level security professionals operating in the digital banking space were addressed by 17 industry speakers, who are often called on to share their insights, not just at Trade Conference International events, but also for news reviews/feedback and industry articles.
Attendees gained insights from valuable presentations which discussed, technological trends and developments relevant to the cyber banking space, as well as compliance concerns and featured case studies on practical examples of combatting cyber crimes.
Feedback received highlighted that subject matter “touched on current trends” and that there were a number of good topics, with the event being “well hosted and well organized, with well-worth the topic contents”. One respondent further noted that the event entailed “decent topics which were appropriate to the subject matter.”
